Recipe of Spaghetti Bolognese with nutmeg

Ingredients to make Spaghetti Bolognese with nutmeg:

  • 250 grams of Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 150 grams of minced beef
  • 500 grams of tomato sauce
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bottle of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Nutmeg
  • 2 branches of parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Spaghetti Bolognese with Nutmeg:

  1. We put on the fire a casserole with plenty of water and salt. When it starts to boil, add the spaghetti and butter and cook for about 12 minutes.
  2. When the pasta is al dente, that is, cooked but a little raw inside, remove it and drain it with plenty of cold water.
  3. In another casserole we have the oil, the onion chopped in brunoised (chopped very fine), the meat and a pinch of salt and we turn until it is done.
  4. When done, sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg, turn around, add the tomato sauce and remove from heat.
  5. Place the drained spaghetti in a pot and add the Bolognese.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
