- 1 pinch of Nutmeg
- 2 branches of parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper
How to make Spaghetti Bolognese with Nutmeg:
- We put on the fire a casserole with plenty of water and salt. When it starts to boil, add the spaghetti and butter and cook for about 12 minutes.
- When the pasta is al dente, that is, cooked but a little raw inside, remove it and drain it with plenty of cold water.
- In another casserole we have the oil, the onion chopped in brunoised (chopped very fine), the meat and a pinch of salt and we turn until it is done.
- When done, sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg, turn around, add the tomato sauce and remove from heat.
- Place the drained spaghetti in a pot and add the Bolognese.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
