Recipe of Spaghetti a la marinera with cream

Ingredients to make Spaghetti a la marinera with cream:

  • 220 grams of Spaghetti
  • 120 grams of Clams
  • 8 units of Prawns
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 220 milliliters of Cream
  • ½ unit of chives
  • 25 grams of Butter

How to make Spaghetti a la marinera with cream:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the spaghetti a la marinera with cream.
  2. Melt the butter in a pot and add the diced chives. Cook the spring onion over low heat for 5 minutes
  3. Peel the prawns and reserve. You can take advantage of the heads of this shellfish to prepare a fumet or fish broth.
  4. In case the clams have a little dirt, it is convenient to leave them in cold water with a little salt and change it a couple of times to remove any remaining sand.
