  • 300 grams of potato
  • 300 grams of Carrot
  • 200 grams of chicken breast
  • 30 grams of peas or peas
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • ¼ piece of onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200 grams of Mayonnaise

We gather all the necessary ingredients to prepare this delicious recipe for Russian salad with chicken and, let’s get to work! In a pot, place the previously washed breast, add a little salt, onion and garlic, and let it boil for 25 minutes or until the chicken is perfectly cooked. Once ready, let cool and shred the meat into small pieces.
