Recipe of Pork Ribs in Toasted Corn Crust

Ingredients to make Pork Ribs in a Toasted Corn Crust:

  • Type of preparation: lunch or dinner.
  • Servings: 4 servings.
  • Preparation time: 45 minutes.
  • 1 rack of baby ribs
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • Half a cup of brown sugar
  • 1 jar of teriyaki sauce (of your preference)
  • 2 tablespoons of dried bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of ground roasted corn

How to make Pork Ribs in a Toasted Corn Crust:

  1. If possible twelve hours in advance, portion the ribs and leave them marinating in white wine, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, bay leaf, thyme, orange juice and pepper.
  2. After twelve hours, put the toasted corn on a large plate. Add grill salt and pass rib by rib. Reserve. Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees. Once all the ribs are crusted in the corn, put them in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.
