Ingredients to make pork fillets in orange sauce:
- 8 lean pork or loin steaks
- 1 tbsp. tomato concentrate
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
- 2 cups of broth
- 2 tbsp. corn facula
- juice of an orange
- Oil
- salt and pepper
- 200 grams of peas
- 200 gr of new carrots
- 200 gr of Brussels sprouts
- Butter
How to make Pork Steaks in Orange Sauce:
- Sear the fillets with a little oil and keep warm.
- Put the concentrated tomato, vinegar, honey, mustard, Worcester sauce and broth in a saucepan.
- Boil and leave it already cooking, over low heat, for 10 minutes
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the orange juice, add to the sauce and, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute.
- When the sauce is ready, pour it over the fillets and serve with the previously boiled and buttered vegetables
