Recipe of pork fillets in orange sauce

Ingredients to make pork fillets in orange sauce:

  • 8 lean pork or loin steaks
  • 1 tbsp. tomato concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 2 cups of broth
  • 2 tbsp. corn facula
  • juice of an orange
  • Oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 grams of peas
  • 200 gr of new carrots
  • 200 gr of Brussels sprouts
  • Butter

How to make Pork Steaks in Orange Sauce:

  1. Sear the fillets with a little oil and keep warm.
  2. Put the concentrated tomato, vinegar, honey, mustard, Worcester sauce and broth in a saucepan.
  3. Boil and leave it already cooking, over low heat, for 10 minutes
  4. Dissolve the cornstarch in the orange juice, add to the sauce and, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute.
  5. When the sauce is ready, pour it over the fillets and serve with the previously boiled and buttered vegetables
