Recipe of Peas with Tomato Sauce and Meat

Ingredients to make Peas with tomato sauce and meat:

  • 1 kg of peas
  • 1/2 kg of meat to stew
  • 2 glasses of crushed tomato / or tomato sauce
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 1 grated onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Peas with tomato sauce and meat:

1.Shell the peas.

2.Fry the onion in oil, add the pieces of meat and move until the water dries up, add the peas and leave for 1/4 hour.

3.Add the tomato, salt, pepper and cook over low heat, adding water if necessary.

4.Serve hot with mufalfal rice (pilaf).
