Recipe of ORTILLA OF PETALOS WITH BONILLA
Ingredients to make TORTILLA DE PETALOS AL BONILLA:
- 6 eggs
- 150 gr of cheese in portions can be normal as well
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 handfuls of petals no matter the colors
- a pinch of salt
- 1 optional zucchini
How to make BONILLA PETALOS TORTILLA:
1.With our hand we chop the petals and join them with the cheese and the eggs and beat well and add the salt. Put the tablespoon of oil in a non-stick satin and make the omelet. If we want we can add corvette, it is optional, very good.
