Ingredients to make Nachos with meat:

  • 1 package of tortilla chips for nachos
  • 250 grams of ground beef
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 piece of Carrot
  • 1 piece of Tomato
  • 1 piece of Serrano chili
  • 300 grams of cheese for nachos
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 100 grams of tomato puree
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Hot sauce

How to make Nachos with meat:

1.The first step in this classic Mexican recipe is to wash and chop the vegetables into medium cubes.

2.Next, in a skillet already heated over medium heat with vegetable oil, make a sauce with the garlic, onion, chili, carrot and tomato.

3.Add the ground meat without stopping moving and when it is almost cooked, add the tomato puree and the hot sauce to taste.

4.To assemble the plate of nachos with meat, in a deep plate place the tortillas for nachos and add cheese to taste. You can find ready-made nacho cheese dressing at the grocery store.

5.Place the prepared meat on top of the nachos with cheese.

6.Decorate with finely chopped parsley to taste and you will be able to enjoy the authentic Mexican nachos with meat. Remember to eat them while they are hot and if you want you can accompany them with Pico de Gallo and a little sour cream.
