Recipe of Nachos gratin with meat

  • 2 packages of Nachos
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 3 small onions
  • 2 pear tomatoes
  • 2 packages of grated cheese for gratin
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 grams of Guacamole
  • 1 handful of minced garlic
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Nachos au gratin with meat:

The first step to make this recipe for nachos with gratins with meat is to gather all the necessary ingredients. Next, brown the minced beef in a pan and season with the minced garlic, black pepper and salt to your liking. While the ground beef of the nachos au gratin is being fried, take the opportunity to wash and cut the green and red peppers into strips.

And also in the meantime, wash and cut the onions into slices and the tomatoes into small pieces. These vegetables will cook in the oven along with the nachos with cheese.

Trick: If you want you can remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes previously before cutting them.

Then preheat the oven to 250ºC, take a slightly high tray and cover the base with a layer of nachos. Now add all the cut vegetables on top as seen in the photo.
