Recipe of Machaca in green sauce

Ingredients to make Machaca in green sauce:

  • 400 gr of Machaca
  • 2 medium Alpha Potatoes cooked, peeled and cut into medium squares
  • 1 Cup of Elotes cut into pieces and cooked
  • 1 large sliced ​​onion
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 20 green tomatoes
  • 2 chipotle peppers
  • 1 Teaspoon of Consommé Powder
  • Salt to taste

How to make Machaca in green sauce:

Soak the machaca in enough hot water for 1/2 hour. Prepare the sauce. Fry the chopped onion. Add the garlic and then the tomatoes cut into four. Add the consommé, and 1/2 L. of water, the chipotes and salt to taste. Cook well. Blend the sauce and set aside. Fry the sliced ​​onion in a little oil. Add the potatoes and then the drained machaca. Add the sauce and season for about 15 minutes more. Serve with flour tortillas, fresh cheese and cream.
