Recipe of Lentils with vegetables and chorizo

- 250g lentils
- 1 tomato
- 2 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- half white onion
- 200 gr alderman (peas)
- 200 g shelled corn
- 6 sausages

Place the lentils in warm water for 2 hours, this in order to soften them.

Cook the lentils in boiling water with a little salt.

Peel the carrot and mix with the corn and peas (peas). Add these ingredients to the lentils
