Recipe of lentils with Sautéed Vegetables

  • 250 grams of Lentils
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 Carrot
  • 100 grams of long onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 200 grams of beans
  • ½ Zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of Vinegar
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 pinch of Color with spices
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 5 sausage

How to make lentils with sautéed vegetables:

1.As always, the first thing is to prepare the ingredients. Chop all the vegetables so that we can start cooking faster.

2.Put the lentils in a pot with a little color and salt, let cook for half an hour.

3.After half an hour, add the potatoes and leave the fire for another 20 minutes.

4.At the same time, make aside a sauce of onion and garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes until golden brown.

5.Next, add the other ingredients to the soffit. Mix everything and also add the vinegar, a pinch of salt and color, fry for 10 more minutes over medium heat so that the vegetables cook well.

6.Add the fried vegetables and sausages to the lentils and cook over medium heat for 40 more minutes to thicken. If necessary, you can add more water to the cooking, to do this boil water and add color and salt.
