Recipe of Lentils with Ribs and Chorizo

Ingredients to make Lentils with ribs and chorizo:

  • 200 grams of soaked lentils
  • 500 grams of pork ribs
  • 4 units of ripe red tomatoes
  • 2 units of white onion
  • 6 units of Chorizo
  • 1 pinch of fresh thyme
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Lentils with Ribs and Chorizo:

1.To start making our recipe for lentils with ribs and chorizo, in the first step you must pre-list all the ingredients.

2.Bring a pot to medium heat, add a little sunflower oil and fry the white onion cut into small squares until it turns transparent.

4.Take the pork ribs to the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
