Ingredients to make lentils in cream:
- 1/4 kg small lentil
- half a pepper
- an onion
- a piece of pork tail
- a piece of ear
- ham bone, small
- a chorizo, preferably Austrian
- a blood sausage
- a piece of lean bacon
- spices
- saffron to taste
- a pinch of oregano
- Salt
- half averred pill
- a dozen medium clams
- a cup of milk cream
How to make lentils in cream:
1.In a regular casserole, put the lentils with water, and all the ingredients, except the spices, the clams, the milk cream, the chorizo and the black pudding, which will be added almost at the end of cooking, once the lentils (slow heat) and making sure it doesn’t run out of water.
2.The rest of the things will be added, ten or twelve more minutes of cooking and ready, to lick your fingers, thanks and enjoy.
