Recipe of Green peppers stuffed with potato omelet

Ingredients to make Green peppers stuffed with potato omelet:

  • 3 green bell peppers

  • 4 eggs

  1. We wash the peppers well, cut off the top and remove all the seeds. We booked.

  10. We fry the peppers in the oil that we have reserved before, they must be fried well and the interior is curdled.
  11. I have transferred the oil to a smaller frying pan. We cut the green peppers into slices, I also remove the skin.
