Recipe of Exquisite Micas de Aragón

Ingredients to make Exquisite Micas de Aragón:

  • 1/2 cup fresh pork bacon
  • candela bread (2 or 3 days old)
  • 100 grams medium onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 unit chorizo
  • 1 unit sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt, to taste

How to make Exquisite Micas de Aragón:

  1. Cut the bread into small squares; moisten it with a little salt water, stirring well so that it is moistened evenly. Leave overnight.
  2. Heat the oil in a wide and deep frying pan and fry the diced bacon until they turn into torrents; take out and reserve
  3. Fry the sliced ​​chorizo ​​and diced ham and set aside.
  4. Then fry the chopped garlic and onion and when it is well browned, add the bread and a little paprika; stir with a wooden spoon constantly, until the crumbs have absorbed the oil and are dry, golden brown and crisp.
