Recipe of Exquisite Micas de Aragon
Ingredients to make Exquisite Micas de Aragon:
- 1/2 cup fresh pork bacon
- candela bread (2 or 3 days old)
- 100 grams medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- 1 unit chorizo
- 1 unit sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
How to make Exquisite Micas de Aragon:

Cut the bread into small squares; moisten it with a little salt water, stirring well so that it is moistened evenly. Leave overnight.

Heat the oil in a wide and deep frying pan and fry the diced bacon until they turn into torrents; take out and reserve

Fry the sliced chorizo and diced ham and set aside.

Then fry the chopped garlic and onion and when it is well browned, add the bread and a little paprika; stir with a wooden spoon constantly, until the crumbs have absorbed the oil and are dry, golden brown and crisp.

Add the bacon, ham and chorizo and stir. Serve accompanied with grapes or to taste.
