Ingredients to make Chops with Cabbage in the Casserole:
- 4 pork chop(s)
- 1 medium purple cabbage(s)
- 1 cup(s) water
- 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1 level tablespoon(s) chuño
- 2 heaped tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion(s)
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Cabbage Cutlets in the Casserole:
- Lightly brown the chops in a pan with oil.
- Once golden, remove them and in the same juice left by them, fry the onion.
- Then add the finely chopped cabbage along with the cup of water, plus the pepper and salt.
- Place the chops over this preparation and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes.
- Finally, in a cup, mix the vinegar, chuño and sugar and add it to the saucepan, letting it cook over low heat for another 5 more minutes.
