Recipe of Chops with Cabbage in the Casserole

Ingredients to make Chops with Cabbage in the Casserole:

  • 4 pork chop(s)
  • 1 medium purple cabbage(s)
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 level tablespoon(s) chuño
  • 2 heaped tablespoon(s) finely chopped onion(s)
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Cabbage Cutlets in the Casserole:

  1. Lightly brown the chops in a pan with oil.
  2. Once golden, remove them and in the same juice left by them, fry the onion.
  3. Then add the finely chopped cabbage along with the cup of water, plus the pepper and salt.
  4. Place the chops over this preparation and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes.
  5. Finally, in a cup, mix the vinegar, chuño and sugar and add it to the saucepan, letting it cook over low heat for another 5 more minutes.
