Recipe of chard noodles with bacon

Ingredients to make chard noodles with bacon:

  • 400 gr. chard noodles
  • 8 stalks of chard
  • 8 chard leaves
  • 100g bacon
  • 50g grated cheese
  • For the béchamel sauce:
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 l. milk
  • Salt

How to make chard noodles with bacon:

  1. Boil the steamed leaves and the chard below
  2. Cool and cut the stalks into long, thin sticks.
  3. Cut the bacon into cubes and sauté it in oil, add the chard noodles and season with salt
  4. Transfer the drained pasta to a heat resistant source.
  5. Add the béchamel on top sprinkling the grated cheese and gratin.
