Recipe of Black Beans with Pork Ribs

Ingredients to make black beans with pork ribs:

  • For 4 people:
  • 250 grams of beans
  • 2 liters of water
  • ½ onion
  • ½ glass of oil
  • 1 kilo of pork rib
  • green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon hot paprika

How to make Black Beans with Pork Ribs:

1.The night before, clean the beans under cold running water and soak them in a saucepan or glass container.

2.The next day we put the beans in a pot with cold and clean water.

3.Add a splash of oil, the pork ribs and the finely chopped onion.

4.When it starts to boil, break the boil by pouring a glass of cold water.

5.Put the stew over low heat, letting the beans cook for 2 hours (in a pressure cooker about 35 minutes).

6.When the beans are almost cooked, prepare a sauce in a frying pan by putting a few tablespoons of oil and very finely chopped onion.

7.As soon as the onion begins to brown, remove the pan from the heat and add a teaspoon of hot paprika.

8.Sauté well and pour into the bean stew.

9.We wait for the beans to finish cooking, remove them from the heat and let them rest for half an hour.

10.The chilies are served separately on a plate with a little salt.
