  • 2 avocado
  • 3 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons sweet corn
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of Ketchup

How to make Smoked Salmon Stuffed Avocados:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the avocados stuffed with smoked salmon and cook the egg in abundant boiling water for 12 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, cool it in water.
  3. First of all, we prepare an easy pink sauce by mixing the mayonnaise and ketchup.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove its meat with the help of a spoon and leave the skin clean to fill it.
  5. Cut the avocado meat into squares and transfer it to a bowl.
  6. Add the sweet corn to continue preparing these avocados stuffed with salmon.
  7. Corn contains vitamins A, B and C, and minerals such as magnesium or phosphorus.
