- tender corn
- field anise
- Dough
- 2 Serrano peppers

How to make ATOLE DE GRAIN:
- In a pot you put water and the dough to prepare the white atole, shell the corn and once the atole boils you add the corn kernels,
- Grind the Serrano pepper in the blender and add it passing through the strainer, grind the anise with little water and you pass it through the strainer, since it boils you put salt to taste and turn it off and you’re ready to accompany it with lemon and green sauce or oil and it’s DELICIOUS.
