  1. 240 grams of macaroni
  2. 1 Eggplant
  3. 1 carrot
  4. ½ can of crushed tomato
  5. 150 grams of oyster mushrooms
  6. 1 onion
  7. 2 garlic cloves
  8. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  9. ½ teaspoon of Salt
  10. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Macaroni with tomato and mushrooms:

  • The first step in making these tomato and mushroom macaroni is to cook the pasta until soft or “al dente”, approximately 12-14 minutes in boiling water over medium heat. When the paste is ready, drain it and reserve.
  • Next, we prepare the pasta vegetables with tomato sauce and aborigines: to do this, we chop the onion and garlic, cut the aborigine into cubes, the carrot into slices and the mushrooms into strips.
  • While the macaroni is cooking we prepare the tomato sauce for pasta. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic. When the onion begins to become transparent, adds the carrot, the aborigine and the mushrooms, and seasons everything with salt and pepper, stirring well.
  • Cook the vegetables for 10-12 minutes and add the crushed tomato. Let the macaroni sauce with mushrooms and vegetables cook for another 5-7 minutes over medium heat and reduce a little. We do not forget to stir from time to time.
