Recipe for Spanish meat stew with mushrooms

Ingredients to make Spanish meat stew with mushrooms:

  • 3/4 of needle or shank
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4 kg of mushrooms
  • 2 leeks
  • flour
  • white wine
  • 1/2 kg of small onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • laurel
  • parsley
  • oil

How to make Spanish Beef Stew with Mushrooms:

  1. The meat is cut into small pieces, marinated with the garlic and a few sprigs of chopped parsley and seasoned with salt.
  2. Sauté in a pan with hot oil and add the leeks in pieces, the peeled and whole onions and the carrots peeled and cut into long pieces.
  3. Then everything is fried a little and sprinkled with a tablespoon of flour, frying it again.
  4. Next, add a small glass of white wine and a bay leaf and cook over low heat until the meat is cooked, adding a little cold water if necessary.
  5. The mushrooms, if they are fresh, are washed and added to the stew for about 15 minutes before removing it.
  6. Once done, it is served hot.
