How to make Spanish Beef Stew with Mushrooms:

The meat is cut into small pieces, marinated with the garlic and a few sprigs of chopped parsley and seasoned with salt.

Sauté in a pan with hot oil and add the leeks in pieces, the peeled and whole onions and the carrots peeled and cut into long pieces.
