Recipe for Seafood Paella with prawns

Ingredients to make Seafood Paella with prawns:

  • 4 cup(s) rice
  • 2 tomato(s)
  • 1 green pepper(s)
  • 1 medium onion(s)
  • 2 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • Salt, saffron, nutmeg and water oil
  • 6 large shrimp(s)
  • 1/2 kg clam(s)
  • 8 mussels
  • 1/2 kg squid chopped into pieces

How to make Seafood Paella with Prawns:

  1. Peel and cut the tomatoes, garlic and onion very small and put in a large frying pan to sauté with the oil, when it is half done add a little salt, saffron and nutmeg (a little bit of the last two) and two bay leaves. Then, add the shellfish, the clams, open them three hours before with water and salt so that they dispose of the sand, when all the sauce is done, add the rice and with the same glass of rice, add twice the water and a little more and cook. Approximate time is 20 minutes over high heat and then turn off and cover to rest.
