Recipe for savory chicken crepes

Ingredients to make Savory Chicken Crepes:

  • For the crepe batter:
  • 1 cup of flour (140 grams)
  • 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of butter
  • For the filling:
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 jar of sauce or cream cheese

How to make Savory Chicken Crepes:

1.To prepare the dough for the salty chicken crepes, you must first mix the flour with the milk until it is liquid but thick, and then add the egg and a pinch of salt.

Trick: We do not add sugar because we are going to make savory chicken and cheese crepes.

2.Heat a round Teflon pan with a little butter. When hot, add a little of the batter and spread evenly until it covers the bottom completely. Let brown a little and turn to brown the other side. Repeat this step until you spend all the dough and reserve the crepes.
