Ingredients to make Sausages with breaded aborigines:

  • 1 large eggplant
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 package of sausages
  • Wooden chopsticks

How to make Sausages with breaded aborigines:

First, we cut the aborigine into thin or thick slices, medium. Once this is done, we rinse them well. Then, we batter the aborigine slices, passing them first through the beaten egg and then through the breadcrumbs.

Next, cut the sausages making sure they are the same length as the aborigine slices. Next, we place a piece of sausage in the center of a slice of aborigine, cover it with the ends of the eggplant, and secure it with a wooden toothpick so that the sausage does not come out when frying.

Now, fry the sausages with battered aborigines in hot oil until the canapés are ready. This recipe couldn’t be easier!

Finally, the aborigine skewers with sausages are removed, placed on absorbent paper to remove excess oil and served with normal or cane honey, depending on the diner’s taste.  And the recipe is ready to eat!
