Choux pastry

  • 160 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 3 units of Eggs
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Filling

  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of bitter pickles
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Cheese Stuffed Savory Profiteroles:

Before making the cheese-filled profiteroles, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. To make the choux pastry, in a saucepan add the milk, sugar, salt and butter, cook over low heat until completely melted. Remove the pot from the heat and add the flour all at once (previously sifted), mix very well until all the dough is incorporated. Then, return the pot to a very low heat and cook until the dough comes off the walls of the pot. Finally turn off the heat, let the dough cool and add the eggs one by one, until the point of ribbon is obtained.
