Ingredients to make Salad with monkfish and citrus:
- 100g chopped monkfish
- 1 endive
- Raspberry vinegar
- 1 Orange
- 1 lime
- Grated ginger
- Olive oil
- 50g raspberries
- Salt
How to make Monkfish and Citrus Salad:
To start, we cook the fish on the grill and season it with lime juice and zest. On the other hand, wash the escarole and drain it well. We mix it in a bowl together with the raspberries and the monkfish pieces.
Finally, we prepare vinaigrette by mixing orange juice, orange and lime zest, olive oil, raspberry vinegar, salt and grated ginger. Dress the salad with our vinaigrette and place on a plate.
