  • cooked meat
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ glass of fried tomato
  • 100 grams of cooked white beans
  • 100 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 bunch of Parsley
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Old Clothes with canned chickpeas:

  1. The Canadian-style old clothes can be cooked in a normal pot in a clay pot. Choose the one you want and then heat the pot with a splash of oil to make the base sauce with onion.
  2. The onion must be finely chopped as well as the parsley that we will use at the end.
  3. Next, chop the cooked meat until it is very small. If you prefer you can unravel it. The amount of meat is to taste, add more or less depending on the number of guests.
  4. When you see that the onion begins to turn transparent, add the meat and stir everything so that the meat takes on flavor.
  5. Keep cooking over medium-high heat and continue adding the tomato sauce. Mix these ingredients well and continue cooking the rope Viejas for 5 minutes.
  6. On the other hand, beat the eggs.
  7. Add the beaten eggs to the pan with the meat and the sauce. We remove well.
  8. Immediately after we add the cooked legumes and continue cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
  9. The legumes are cooked in water until soft. If you have doubts and do not want to use canned chickpeas, you can consult any of these recipes, which explain step by step how to make cooked legumes:
