Recipe for Red chard with black garlic with Thermo mix

This time I want to teach you how to prepare a light, different dish and, above all, full of flavor. It is about some red chard with black garlic, ideal for both lunch and dinner. In addition, we will prepare them using the Thermo mix, so their preparation is very simple. Take note of the steps and learn to cook this red chard with garlic, you will love them!

Ingredients to make red chard with black garlic with Thermo mix:

  • 1 kilogram of red chard
  • 2 units of Carrots
  • 3 units of black garlic
  • 150 grams of Bacon chopped
  • 500 milliliters of Water
  • Olive oil
  • flake salt

How to make red chard with black garlic with Thermo mix:

  1. The first thing we must do is wash the red chard well and separate the leaves from the stalks.
  2. Now, we wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into slices, as shown in the image.
  3. Add them together with the leaves to the Thermo mix container and program the machine for 15 minutes at speed 1 and varoma temperature.
  4. Meanwhile, we chop the chard leaves and drain them well to remove excess water.
  5. Once the time programmed in the Thermo mix has elapsed, we add the leaves to the container and program again without removing the ingredients that were already inside.
  6. We program for 5 minutes at speed 1 and varoma temperature.
  7. After the time, we sautéed the bacon in a pan with a little oil.
  8. Add the chard and carrot and sauté everything together for approximately 4-5 minutes.
  9. Peel the black garlic, finely chop it and add it to the previous preparation. Stir and let cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  10. We cook until the red chard with garlic and carrot is ready.
  11. The result should be the same as that shown in the photograph, take a look and remove the preparation from the fire when it is done.
  12. And ready! This dish of red chard with black garlic is really delicious and very healthy.
