Recipe for Potage of red beans with cod

Ingredients to make red bean stew with cod:

  • 500 grams beans
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 200 grams desalted code
  • 1 cup of rice
  • olive oil
  • Toilet
  • Salt
  • 8 pickled chilies

How to make red bean stew with cod:

  1. Put the beans to cook with water and salt, having had them soak the night before. When they are almost cooked (al dente), drain them and reserve.
  2. Make a sauce with the minced garlic cloves, the crumbled cod and the halved chili peppers, and add it to the beans.
  3. Cover with cold water and, when it starts to boil, add the cup of rice. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, serve and pour a splash of oil on top.
