Ingredients to make red bean stew with cod:

How to make red bean stew with cod:
- Put the beans to cook with water and salt, having had them soak the night before. When they are almost cooked (al dente), drain them and reserve.
- Make a sauce with the minced garlic cloves, the crumbled cod and the halved chili peppers, and add it to the beans.
- Cover with cold water and, when it starts to boil, add the cup of rice. Let it cook for about 20 minutes.
- Season with salt, serve and pour a splash of oil on top.
