Recipe for Piquillo Peppers Stuffed with Cod and Prawns

  1.  1 jar of piquillo peppers (12 units)
  2.  250 grams of desalted cod
  3.  200 grams of peeled prawns
  4.  2 cloves of garlic
  5.  1 handful of chopped parsley
  6.  1 pinch of salt
  7.  30 grams of flour
  8.  500 milliliters of milk
  9.  200 milliliters of cream or milk cream
  10.  1 pinch of pepper
  11.  20 grams of grated cheese
  12.  3 tablespoons of olive oil

How to make piquillo peppers stuffed with cod and prawns:

  • To start with the recipe for piquillo peppers stuffed with cod and prawns, you must first start cleaning the desalted cod of bones and skins. Next, peel the prawns and cut them into pieces.
  • Tip: you can use frozen prawns.
  • Place a pan with a splash of olive oil and, when hot, add the chopped garlic, prawns and chopped cod. When it is sautéed, add the chopped parsley and the flour. Stir and mix.
