Recipe for Penne al vodka with salmon

  • 400 grams of cooked penne pasta
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon
  • 1 unit of red onion
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 3 units of red tomatoes
  • 200 grams of Cream of milk or cream
  • 1 bunch of Basil
  • 1 glass of vodka
  • 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make Penne al vodka with salmon:

  1. Our first step to make the traditional Italian recipe is to prepare the ingredients. For this pasta recipe you can also use macaroni or any short pasta of your choice.
  2. Bring a frying pan over medium heat with the butter and fry the onion and tomato. Ideally, it should not be all cut too thin so that the pieces can be felt when eating the pasta. Sauté for about 10 minutes.
