Ingredients to make Pasta with Chicken in Alfredo Sauce:

  • 80 grams of Pasta
  • 3 chicken fillets
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 30 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 100 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Chicken Alfredo Pasta:

  1. For the Alfredo sauce we will need butter, Parmesan cheese and liquid cream or heavy cream. As for pasta, you can opt for spaghetti or fettuccine. For the chicken we have chosen some filleted breasts.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the butter and, when it is melted, add the chopped chicken. Stir and let the meat brown.
  3. When the chicken has browned, add the heavy cream and let it cook over medium heat for five to 10 minutes, depending on how thick we want the sauce. It is also the time to season.
  4. When the cream has evaporated a bit and the sauce is a cream, add the Parmesan cheese. Stir well so that a honeyed cream is formed.
  5. Arrange the previously cooked spaghetti on a plate following the directions of the corresponding brand, and sprinkle them generously with the chicken in Alfredo sauce. If we want we can add more Parmesan cheese on the plate. Accompany the Alfredo pasta with a rosé wine and a fresh salad
