Recipe for Ostrich Stew with Broth and Mushrooms

Ingredients to make Ostrich Stew with Broth and Mushrooms:

  • For 4 people:
  • 800 gr of lean Ostrich
  • A slice of almonds
  • pinions
  • and bread
  • Two glasses of broth (from cubes or homemade)
  • dried mushrooms

How to make Ostrich Stew with Broth and Mushrooms:

  1. Cut the lean meat into cubes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and pass (very little) through the pan, with a little olive oil.
  3. Cover with broth until it starts to boil, cover and lower the heat.
  4. Let cook for half an hour.
  5. Add the dried mushrooms (previously passed through the frying pan) and the minced mushrooms.
  6. Stir so it doesn’t stick, cook for five more minutes and let stand.
