Ingredients to make Mini bacon quiches with cheese and onion:
• ½ kilogram of onions
• 1 package of tartlets
• 100 grams of cured cheese
• 75 grams of bacon
• 50 grams of butter
• 1 can of cream or milk cream
• 3 eggs
• 6 cured dates
• 10 pitted black olives
• 1 pinch of salt
How to make Mini Bacon Cheese and Onion Quiches:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. For the filling of the mini quiches, heat the butter over low heat and sauté the chopped onions in it until they are golden brown. Add the bacon cut into pieces and the dates chopped into small pieces. When the bacon is fried, remove from heat and reserve.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, mix them with the grated cheese, the cream and the fried onion, bacon and dates that we have reserved.
Fill the tartlets and decorate them with an olive. If you can’t find ready-made tartlets, you can always make your own quiche short crust pastry.
