For 4 people:

  • 500 grams of loaf breadcrumbs prepared the day before.
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 100 grams homemade chorizo
  • 6 tablespoons of oil

How to make Migas with bacon and chorizo:

Have a bread prepared the day before. Break it into crumbs and leave them wrapped in a damp cloth for at least 2 hours before putting them in the pan. Heat the oil and add the whole, peeled garlic cloves. Remove them and add the sliced ​​chorizo.

Give it a few turns to release a little fat, add the slices of bacon, two of them cut into strips. Remove the ones that are whole and add the crumbs. Place the 2 slices of bacon and the chorizo ​​slices on top when serving.
