Ingredients to make leek soup (ajoporro).
- 3 large leeks.
- 3 chicken breasts.
- 2 chicken cubes.
- 100 ml of cream to cook.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 1 glass of white wine.
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Salt to taste.

How to make leek soup (ajoporro).
- Cut the leeks into rings up to where the green leaves begin, in a pot, poach the leeks with the oil over low heat for half an hour, and add the cream and milk, let cook for another 5 minutes.
