Recipe for leek soup (ajoporro).

Ingredients to make leek soup (ajoporro).

  • 3 large leeks.
  • 3 chicken breasts.
  • 2 chicken cubes.
  • 100 ml of cream to cook.
  • 1 cup of milk.
  • 1 glass of white wine.
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • corn kernels, (optional)
  • Croutons, (optional)

How to make leek soup (ajoporro).

  1. Cut the leeks into rings up to where the green leaves begin, in a pot, poach the leeks with the oil over low heat for half an hour, and add the cream and milk, let cook for another 5 minutes.
