Ingredients to make homemade energy bars without oven:

  1. 140 grams of oat flakes
  2. 12 pitted dates
  3. 60 grams of melted coconut oil
  4. 1 handful of macadamia nuts
  5. 50 grams of dark chocolate
  6. 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

How to make homemade energy bars without oven:

  • Prepare all the ingredients for the homemade oatmeal bars. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.
  • Place the dates, macadamia nuts, coconut oil, and oats in the blender. Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper and place the no-bake oatmeal bar dough inside. Expand the dough by pressing with a spoon and leveling the surface.
