Ingredients to make fresh salmon salad with fruits:

  • 80 grams of fresh salmon
  • 60 grams of pineapple
  • 1 unit of Handle
  • 1 unit of Avocado
  • 150 grams of mixed lettuce

For the dressing

  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Fresh Salmon Salad with Fruits:

We gather all the ingredients to make the fresh salmon salad with fruits. Peel and chop all the fruits as seen in the image. Mango, pineapple and avocado are tropical fruits that combine very well with fish. In a salad bowl, mix the fruit with the mixed salad. For this dish you can use iceberg lettuce leaves, lamb’s lettuce, romaine lettuce and arugula. In a frying pan, sauté the salmon cut into cubes with a pinch of salt. It is not necessary to pass it too much; it is enough to brown it on both sides. We prepare the dressing: macerate a piece of ginger with the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt. Let the dressing take on the ginger flavor for 10 minutes. After that time we can remove it and dress the salad. To finish, we combine the salmon tacos with the rest of the salad and dress with the dressing.
