• 2 sheets of puff pastry

• 4 slices of York Ham (sweet)

• 4 slices of cheese

• 1 can of corn or sweet corn

• 1 egg

Tip: You can use Serrano ham instead of York if you prefer.

Using a pastry cutter or just a glass, cut circles out of the puff pastry. In the center place one or two pieces of ham and cheese and 1 tablespoon of well-drained corn.
