How to make Chocotorta Stuffed Easter Eggs:

  1. To get started with the Chocotorta Filled Easter Eggs recipe, first melt the chocolate in the microwave for10-15 seconds, mixing in between to prevent burning.
  2. If you don’t have a microwave, you can melt it in a water bath in a bowl over a pot of boiling water.
  3.  You should know that Easter eggs stuffed with Nutella are also delicious, so you can modify the chocolate and add Nutella.
  4. Tip: the boiling pot must not come into contact with the chocolate.
  5. Paint, with the help of a kitchen brush, the surface of the egg mold with the melted chocolate.
  6. Next, create a thin layer and take it to the fridge for a minimum of 10 minutes. Repeat this process as many times as necessary so that there are no gaps.
  7. Tip: carefully clean the mold before use, you can even do it with an alcohol wipe.
  8. Between layer and layer you can place your egg against the light to confirm that there are no spaces without chocolate.
  9. You can see in the image how it should look.
  10. While the last layer of chocolate is cooling, mix the cream cheese with the dulce de leche.
  11.  Taste it and add more sweet or cream if you consider it necessary.
  12. Carefully remove the egg from the mold and cover the base with a little cream.
  13. Next, soak the chocolate chip cookies in the smooth coffee.
  14. And, if you wish, you can replace the coffee with chocolate, that is, cocoa dissolved in warm milk.
  15. Add the soaked cookies over the cream.
  16. Cover the cookies with more chocotorta cream and continue repeating the steps until you finish filling your Easter egg.
  17. Take the Easter egg stuffed with chocotorta to the fridge for a few minutes so that it is more rigid.
  18. When the Easter egg is rigid, you can remove it from the fridge. Enjoy this original stuffed Easter egg with your family!
