  • 150 grams of flour
  • 1 unit of Eggs
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 80 grams of Mushrooms
  • 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • 2 teaspoons of Butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of pepper

How to make Crepes stuffed with cheese, mushrooms and tomato:

Before making these savory crepes, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. To  make the crepes, in a bowl mix the flour, the egg, the milk and a pinch of salt. Stir everything until you get a completely homogeneous mixture, free of lumps. Add a teaspoon of melted butter to the mixture and stir well until smooth. In a non-stick pan, add a little of the mixture to the center and quickly spread until you have a thin crepe. Cook on both sides for 3 minutes over low heat.

Apart in another frying pan with butter, add the laminated mushrooms and when they are golden, add the tomato cut into cubes without seeds. Cook over low heat until it releases its juices, finally season with salt and pepper. Add the slices of cheese, the mushroom and tomato mixture to one side of the crepe, close the crepe and cook over low heat until the cheese melts.
