Recipe for Cold Cream of Potatoes with Prawns

Ingredients to make Cold Cream of Potatoes with Prawns:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 250 grams potato
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Butter
  • 200 grams prawn
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

How to make Cold Cream of Potatoes with Prawns:

  1. Preparation: Peel the potatoes, chop them and cook with the milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Blend, pass through a Chinese or strainer and, if it is too thick, add a little milk.
  3. Finally, add the chives and let cool.
  4. Sauté the prawns in a pan with butter and salt.
  5. Presentation: Serve the cold cream in cups with the prawns and chopped chives.
