Recipe for Christmas salad with apple and chocolates (or marshmallows)

- 1 apple
- 4 slices of pineapple in its juice
- 2 cups of half cream
- 2 tablespoons of condensed milk

We gather all the ingredients to prepare the Christmas salad with fruits and chocolates. We start the apple salad for Christmas by mixing the media cream with the condensed milk. Media cream has less fat and calories than heavy cream and a texture similar to that of condensed milk. Cut the pineapple into small squares that are not too large, as indicated in the image. In this case we have used pineapple in its juice, but you can opt for natural pineapple or pineapple in syrup (if you are sweeter). Next, peel the apple and cut it to the same size as the pineapple. Remember that the apple oxidizes quickly. If you are not going to use it immediately, you will have to sprinkle it with a few drops of lemon. If you can’t find tiny marshmallows or marshmallows, cut the marshmallows into pieces the size of the rest of the fruit. And if you have leftover marshmallows, you can make a delicious marshmallow jelly. Mix all the ingredients together with the media cream, so that they soak up the sauce well.
