Leave all the ingredients ready on the work table to make sure you don’t miss any and start discovering how to make a wrapped child. We start the preparation by placing a sheet of aluminum foil on a flat and smooth surface. On the paper, arrange the slices of white bread in two or three rows and, with the help of a rolling pin, flatten them completely. Once the bread is ready, we spread the chipotle mayonnaise on it, completely covering the surface. Then, on top of the chipotle mayonnaise, we place the slices of turkey ham, also distributing them evenly over the entire surface.

On the ham, we have the slices of Manchego cheese. If you prefer, you can substitute this type of cheese for another that is of your choice to adapt the wrapped child recipe to your tastes. And on the slices of cheese, we spread the guacamole. Undoubtedly, this ingredient provides the child wrapped in ham and cheese and an incomparable flavor.

Now, with the help of aluminum foil, roll up the bread, exerting slight pressure so that the roll is well secured. We leave the child wrapped with the paper, sealing the edges, and reserve it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. After the refrigeration time, we remove it and slice it into slices of approximately 3 cm wide each.
