Recipe for Chickpea Stew with bouillon from Biers
Ingredients to make chickpea stew with bouillon from Biers:
- For 4 people:
- 200 grams of chickpeas.
- 1 ham bone.
- 400 grams of cooked meat.
- 1 small cabbage or collard.
- 1 bottle of 1 kilo and a half.
- 300 grams of potatoes.
- 3 fresh sausages.
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 teaspoon of paprika.
How to make chickpea stew with bouillon from Biers:

Wrap the bouillon in aluminum foil and cook it in a pot with water for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

In another casserole we put the chickpeas, which we will have left in warm water from the night before, with the ham bone and the cooked meat and cook for two hours, adding a little salt.

Cook the cabbage in a pan with boiling water and a pinch of salt for 30 or 45 minutes, depending on the hardness of the vegetable.

In another pan, cook the potatoes and the chorizos for 30 minutes, all together.

Once we have cooked all the ingredients, we will prepare a rehash by frying the two cloves of garlic filleted with the paprika in the olive oil and we will pour it over the cabbage, the potatoes and the chickpeas.
