Ingredients to make Cannelloni stuffed with vegetables with spinach:

  • 12 cannelloni
  • 1/4 liter of béchamel
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 reads
  • 50 g. of spinach
  • 1/4 cauliflower
  • grated cheese
  • salted

How to make Cannelloni stuffed with vegetables with spinach:

  1. Clean and cook the carrots, spinach and cauliflower separately and chop them.
  2. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water in a cooker and drain it.
  3. Sauté the raw chopped leeks in oil, and then add the mixture made with the cooked and chopped vegetables and season with salt.
  4. Add two or three tablespoons of béchamel and stir.
  5. Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place them on a plate or baking dish covered with the rest of the béchamel and sprinkled with grated cheese.
  6. Grill them in the oven until golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes.
  7. It serves.
